Perfection Chocolates was founded in 2005 by Mark Nelson. Mark has been in the food industry for over 23 years with experience in family and fine dining. Mark trained under a Master Danish Baker where his love and passion for chocolates and baking grew.

Perfection Chocolates crafts all of their Chocolates by hand and strive for the perfect balance of flavor and texture. They use only the finest Belgium, Swiss, and South American chocolates blended with natural oils, nuts and dried fruits to achieve a perfect balance. All of their confections are hand crafted in small batches without the use of heavy machinery; this ensures the quality and freshness of their product. Perfection Chocolates chocolates are made without preservatives of any kind.
